RR special enhancing freshness and fruity aromasRR is a Riesling shown in a less usual way: as a skin contact orange wine. After two weeks of maceration on the skins, the wine ferments with native yeasts and then rests for nearly two years in acacia and oak barrels, which gives it depth and texture. The nose brings apricot jam, dried fruit and warm spice. On the palate, it feels layered, with notes of dried stone fruit, nuts and a clear mineral line. The finish is long, with a touch of black tea
