After a gentle fermentation of about two weekssome of it with whole clusters and only wild yeastsit matures in stainless steel tanks for six months. With no added sulfites, this wine embraces its Mediterranean roots, offering bright, juicy fruit and a delicate rustic charm. Its dry, fresh character reflects the
