Three Landmark Features The rationale for developing this multimodal supplement combination emerged from the Nottingham groups previous work which identified, three landmark metabolic features of hepatic steatosis: limited serine availability, reduced de novo glutathione (GSH) synthesis, and altered nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+) metabolism.
