The back of the buckle section is marked made in France, and is a pot metal. Quite a showstopper, a great costume accessory! Measures: Approx 13 1 2 when fastened. New owner could adjust if required by unpicked stitching to enlarge, as plenty of spare ribbon (easily an inch each side) if required. Similarly could be reduced.
