Bias cut, it goes on over the head and adjusts to fit with original belt and slide buckle. Dress: Front yoke with draped cowl edged in ruffled trim, which is repeated to end of sleeves Jacket: loose cut with cardigan front, also trimmed with ruffles as are front latch pockets and edge of sleeves.
